How Often should I get massage?
It is well documented that 80% of all disease is stress related.  Regular massage reveals how it feels to be more relaxed, revitalized and with a renewed sense of health and well-being.  Once every 4 to 6 weeks may be enough if you're seeking massage for general stress and tension.  If you're experiencing chronic problems, or high levels of stress, more frequent massage may be necessary.  Your Massage Therapist will work with you to create a program to suit your needs.
