I am often asked, how often should I have massage therapy?
The health benefits of on going bodywork are cumulative, like any healthy habit. The more often you get a massage, the greater and longer lasting the benefits. Select deep tissue massage for chronic pain, Swedish for relaxation, or Foot Reflexology to improve circulation and health. Depending on your personal situation, stress or chronic pain level, at least once a month is recommended.
